Progress in anything can be tricky and feeling lost and helpless is not a nice feeling to have. I, therefore, believe that the coach must tailor each session to the individual. We all have different goals, schedules and abilities, but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't all be able to improve, we just need to keep moving in the right direction. As such, we will always use the following criteria

  • Clear direction and understanding

  • Open and honest communication

  • Objective, actionable feedback

  • Performance-based practice

  • Practice plans suited to your schedule and needs

  • Regular discussions about progress and next steps for your improvement

I truly believe that in order to be a great coach, one must be a great student and my own learning journey never stops.

I am currently undergoing the Hugh Marr CMAS certification programme, working closely with some of the best coaches and most respected experts in the game.
